SnapZoom is a formation and compliance platform that helps international entrepreneurs form U.S. companies and keep them in good standing.
We were born out of the experience of forming our own companies in the U.S.: scattered information, unfamiliar bureaucracy, not knowing which services were actually necessary, and having no one to call throughout the process. We built SnapZoom to make that journey predictable, transparent, and handled by a single point of contact.
Today, with our Wyoming-based operation, we manage the entire process — from LLC formation and EIN to registered agent service and annual compliance tracking. We walk alongside you through banking and payment infrastructure applications, and we keep tracking your company's annual obligations after formation.
